God called to the priesthood… and here I answered!
It has been a long and winding journey since that time in the early ’90s in Racibórz, Poland, when already as an acolyte at the Annuntiata Convent of the Missionary Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit (SSpS), I first felt called to the priesthood. So much happened along the way…
But I’m absolutely thrilled and my heart is full of gratitude that finally on September 17, 2020 in St Paul’s Episcopal Church in Richmond, VA, the Rt Rev’d Susan E. Goff ordained and consecrated me a priest in God’s One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. To my great surprise, my heart was so calm on that day! Praise be to God for having called me this Holy Altar.
Please join us in prayer on this beautiful day…
So many people have carried me along this journey, so many have taught me and guided me, so many have dared to have hope in me, so many have given me a chance even when I didn’t deserve one, so many have put their trust in me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Jesus once taught: “I am in your midst as one who serves.” (Luke 22:27b) Lord, grant that I may never forget to serve your people.
